Star Meet is a platform designed to connect users with stars and influencers through video calls, voice calls, private messaging, and other interactive features. The App also allows users to browse profiles, send virtual gifts, and unlock premium features through VIP memberships.

The App is built to provide a safe, engaging, and authentic environment for creating meaningful connections and experiences.

2. Eligibility

2.2. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

5.2. Recording and Monitoring:

  • We do not monitor or record calls unless explicitly stated and agreed upon.
  • Users are prohibited from recording or capturing calls without the explicit consent of all parties involved.

5.3. Behaviour:

  • Users must conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully during calls.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or abuse may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Virtual Gifts and VIP Membership

6.1. Users may purchase virtual gifts to send to stars as a token of appreciation.

6.2. VIP memberships provide access to premium features such as exclusive content, access to nearby stars, and enhanced privacy settings.

6.3. All purchases are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1. Any content shared during calls, messaging, or other interactions is the sole responsibility of the user sharing it.

7.2. Users must not share offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

7.3. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Privacy and Safety

8.1. Users are encouraged to exercise caution when sharing personal information during interactions on the App.

8.3. Robust verification processes are implemented for both users and stars to maintain a safe environment.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the App’s operation or other users’ enjoyment of the App.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Zapora Pty Ltd.

10.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zapora Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
